Slight recovery

There is slight recovery.  But still I am suffering from financial crunch. With increase in no patient and operation there is a hint of recovery. I can not put reins on expenses. I must do something. What can I do. I must find  way out.

21st lap chole

It was a hefty male. And Gall bladder was difficult. Dense adhesion all around. Cystic duct was identified and clipped. Rest was a total mess. Only ant wall of gb was removed. Stone spilled.
Lesson learnt.... One should try to develop the plane between liver and gall bladder with Maryland . Too early use of hook may result in loss of plane.

Finamcial crunch

Every year I suffer from financial crisis during the month of Jan. As I go to conference every year during the month of Dec. So no income for about 15 days. Expenses double up during the tour. On return the dull practice in winter session make things worse, this year expenses related to flat has made things more difficult. About 25 thousand rupees are spent in mutations of land. All is making my life miserable. Hope to tide over the situation soon. A possible loss of rs 5lakh in a land has made it even worse.

Anxiety

The troubled times seem not be over. I really cannot tolerate this. The land problem is not over. I have lost about 50 thosand in share market. My money matters are little easy ward. Things are not smooth . I have to work out a steady plan for it.
